*Please note: filling out the above questions and submitting them via email or phone is NOT a guarantee of your order. Your order is NOT finalized until you a) receive a confirmation email from That Cake Lady confirming your order details and clarifying any issues and b) pay your deposit fee.
**Please note: all custom cakes require a 50% deposit once your order has been submitted and subsequently confirmed via email. Deposits can be paid by cash or credit card if you have an in-person consultation, but must be paid via credit/debit card over the phone if ordering a cake online or via phone. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
